Report a calculation issue
Include the selected mode, currency, all entered figures, the result shown, and what you expected. Do not send account numbers, customer information, or other sensitive business records. A reproducible example helps identify whether a problem comes from the calculation or an assumption.
Before contacting
Read the methodology and FAQs first. Margin and markup differ, sales tax is excluded, and the calculator models one transaction per unit. Saved scenarios are stored on your browser and cannot be recovered by the site operator.
